The project also supports measures to generate income from sustainable forest products, such as basket weaving. Cajola is one of 28 tree nurseries supported by the ProBosques project. Here, women from the Cajola Nursery pick seeds to raise seedlings. In Esquipulas, Palo Alto, selected tree saplings are used to improve a secondary forest as part of a reforestation campaign.
